My name is David Rogers. My wife and I met with Jim about 2 years ago to discuss our Casa Grande property. Initially we asked him to provide comparative value data on our property as we were discussing listing the property. In a matter of days Jim provided us with the market data for our property. We were very distraught to learn how much our property had gone down in value. It was at this time Jim talked with us about a short sale option and gave us information and literature on the short sale process. We felt that Jim was very well studied on the subject and was able to answer all our questions.

When we made a decision several months later to list the property as a short sale it was amazing how simple he made it. His knowledge and understanding of the paperwork and other short sales processes is commendable. Jim and his associates did a wonderful job working with us, answering each and every question that came up. While it took 9 months or so to receive a short sale offer, it was well worth the wait. all the ins and outs of 1and 2mortgages. My wife and I strongly feel the successful short sale of our Casa Grande house was the result of his endless effort. He handled all the paperwork with both lenders and communicated with us on a routine basis. His ability to predict the strategy of the buyer, the buyer’s agent and the lenders, was remarkable. He was right-on with how he anticipated what was going to happen next.

For those who have a short sale situation they are dealing with my wife and I strongly recommend Jim Robinette! We know he did a lot of work to get our property sold for a very small commission. He is one of the few agents not in it for the money. He truly wants to help. He simply went above and beyond what we had experienced with real estate agents in the past.
